Our Kids Social are super excited to announce that we will be silently rocking out in the female’s Pool at Victoria Baths as part of their Music and Arts festival this June!
With arts and crafts to get your creative juices flowing with your nippers, fancy dress-up and photo frame for the perfect family picture, props and inflatables to take to the dance floor, fabulous face-paintingplus our epic silent disco, this will be an afternoon to remember full of guaranteed family fun.
Dare your take on our glittering wheel of chance? Where will it stop? No-one knows but it will challenge you to follow its commands during our interactive games. Not only that but all silent disco headsets have two channels – kids’ pop and adults’ guilty pleasures. It will be Gangnam vs Candi Statton, Bieber vs Stone Roses. You choose the channel but the wheel picks the challenge.
Throw your hands up, let your hair down, let the kids dress themselves and come as you are – the promises to be amazing!
Not only do you get all of this but your ticket will gain you entry to the rest of the Music and Arts festival – with live music, art installations, workshops and food stalls it is going to be a spectacular event in the most beautiful of settings. Stay, eat, dance, enjoy!
Please be aware that we must take care of this historic building and so no wheelies or high heels are allowed in the female’s Pool. Dress for comfort – and for dancing! We want to see all of your toe-tapping, shoulder-shuffling, moon-walking and body-popping.
Tickets for this fantastic Make, Do and Bop in iconic surroundings are strictly limited so don’t delay in buying for your family today. Tickets are needed for adults and children, babes in arms go free but please register them for a free ticket. Buggies will be left in the old shower room and not allowed in the pool itself so please bring slings or carriers for babies.
At each venue, though secure, different rooms may be in use for different activities. It is the responsibility of parents to stay with their children at all times.
Staff on site at the social will hold DBS and Children's Safeguarding qualifications. We would ask that any concerns you have are raised with a member of the team immediately.
Adults will not be allowed to come to the social unless accompanied by children!
There will be qualified first aiders on site at all times.
All venues are fully licensed and will have the bar open for the duration of the social.
Parking will vary from venue to venue but may be limited. Please make use of street parking but do so responsibly and please be mindful of our neighbours.
There will be very limited space for buggy and pram storage. We advise bringing a baby carrier or sling for pre-walkers.
There will be on-site facilities at all socials.
We are on the look out for venues across Manchester with a capacity of 200 minimum. Please let us know if you can think of somewhere suitable for a social!
