We are very excited to bring our legendary family silent disco to the jam packed Heart of the Heatons festival – a brand new arts and culture festival offering a diverse programme of events at various venues across the Heatons.
We will be silent disco-ing at the wonderful Gatsby-esque Fitzgerald’s bar with all our usual kit – props and fancy dress, photo frame and challenges, interactive dances and games – and of course our fantastic headsets with choice of two channels – kids’ pop and adults’ guilty pleasures! They can bop to Gangnam while you throw your hands up in the air to Candi Staton. Dare you take on the OKS bag of chance? We bet you do!
Something for everyone – family fun guaranteed – join us for a knees up with your nippers!
Our sessions our aimed at children aged 4+ due to the size of our headsets, although younger children are welcome. OKS silent discos offer the whole family the chance to dance, laugh and make memories together.
Who will win the dance off? How low can you go? Are you a secret air guitar queen (or king)?
Come show us – we can’t wait for you to join our community.
(Everyone attending will will need a ticket which are £4 each, everyone coming must bring a child. Babes in arms are free but there will be no buggies allowed upstairs in the venue due to limited space)

At each venue, though secure, different rooms may be in use for different activities. It is the responsibility of parents to stay with their children at all times.
Staff on site at the social will hold DBS and Children's Safeguarding qualifications. We would ask that any concerns you have are raised with a member of the team immediately.
Adults will not be allowed to come to the social unless accompanied by children!
There will be qualified first aiders on site at all times.
All venues are fully licensed and will have the bar open for the duration of the social.
Parking will vary from venue to venue but may be limited. Please make use of street parking but do so responsibly and please be mindful of our neighbours.
There will be very limited space for buggy and pram storage. We advise bringing a baby carrier or sling for pre-walkers.
There will be on-site facilities at all socials.
We are on the look out for venues across Manchester with a capacity of 200 minimum. Please let us know if you can think of somewhere suitable for a social!
