Following on from our sell out September event Happy Sundaze is BACK for a fabulous afternoon of festival delights at The Monastery, Manchester.
Say hello to Summer with laid back festival vibes and the best beats in the city bought to you by our DJ in the beautiful nave – plus our legendary silent disco Brit-pop vs Kids’ pop – That’s right – we have swapped our guilty pleasure for a channel devoted to Britpop so all you Beautiful Ones can turn on, tune in and rock out. Let loose your best moves amid the stunning stained glass, breathtaking architecture and fantastic acoustics. We couldn’t think of a more stunning venue to get our groove on. Come and show the kids how it’s done!
All the usual creative goodness with arts and crafts at our make, do and mess station – come and let your imaginations run wild – plus some magical story telling with everyone’s favourite Prof – Prof Jigget is joining us! His sessions are not to be missed as we guarantee he will mesmerise all ages.
We will have Oops a Daisy circus skills back on the dancefloor so you can hone your talents or learn something new, and of course a gorgeous multi sensory area for our littlest community members. Ooh and not forgetting our fantastic resident face painters who will be on hand to add a splash and glitter to everyone’s faces.
The on-site cafe will be open for snacks and we will of course have a fully licensed bar – so make the most of your extra day of work and why not sip a prosecco or two?
With so much on and more to be announced we guarantee family creativity and fun, this is the only way to spend the Bank Holiday – bring your family over to our community and get ready to throw your hands up and let your hair down!
